Episode 25: The Heroes of Rainbow

Written by Epicstu Wyyvernwriter

Jain’s friend’s golden feather’s gleamed in the sunlight as the massive bird flew the Heroes of Rainbow across the BRB, to the Mountain of Lightning and Fire. “Why didn’t we just take this thing from the Blood Dome?” Brett asked Jain.
Jain scowled at Brett, “Altaius is not a thing, a mount, a vehicle, or whatever else you would call him. Altaius is an old friend of my families and you will show him respect.”
“What is that?” Q shouted, pointing at the 50 caliber machine gun Jain had apparently been carrying since they left the Deathvan.
“I like it,” Jain replied. “and it’s not really that heavy.”
“You never even used it yet. Wait, why does that surprise me?” said Q.
“We appear to be coming in for a landing,” Henry informed his companions as the Great Golden Eagle, Altaius, approached the Mountain of Lightning and Fire and landed atop the mountain next to it.
“Altaius will pick us up when I call him,” Jain said as Altaius took off with one mighty flap of his wings.
The Heroes of Rainbow looked to the Mountain of Lightning and Fire but saw only the Angel. Hensil drew back her bowstring, “For Firha,” she fired a net arrow that opened just before the Angel’s face and disintegrated trying to close around her. The Angel looked at Hensil.
Jain Trusker fired her 50 cal at the Angel, but the bullets fell before reaching her, “Alright? either this gun sucks or she is really powerful.” Jain holstered her 50 cal on her back. The Angel looked at Jain and Jain drew her greatsword.
Q pulled a gun from his jacket and fired a knife at the Angel but a shattered upon contact. Q sighed with irritation, “Well shit,” he revved his chainsaw. The Angel looked at Q.
Terial lashed her whip around the Angel’s wings, as she had before, only this time her whip broke. She unsheathed another electric blade whip, “Yup, she’s just that powerful.” The Angel looked at Terial.
Then the Angel looked to Brett and Henry before disappearing on a bolt of her lighting that went into a cavern near the top of the Mountain. “Come on!” Brett shouted as he followed the lighting into the cave, his double-edged short sword and shield drawn.
Henry put a wall up to stop Brett, “don’t just run in yet!” The bolt of lighting stopped and was the Blade. A hand of fire formed around the hilt has it stabbed the sword blade first into the ground. Lightning and fire built up in spirals around him and his Blade he wielded.
Henry recognized the build-up, “He’s building energy, everybody on me!” He moved the wall he made in front of Brett around them, forming it into a bubble.
The cave shattered and exploded around them as the Fox unleashed his built up energy upon them. Henry fell to his knees as his bubble shattered. “When I arrived,” the Fox’s voice was not the same as before, “you were killing each other. Now look at you,” its voice was like ash, flame, and bitter frost. Hell looked at Q, “Orange.” Hell looked at Terial, “Purple.” Hell looked at Hensil,“Green.” Hell looked at Jain, “Yellow.” Hell looked at Brett, “Red.” Hell looked at Henry, “Blue.” His fire was burning hot and freezing cold at the same time. The sound of endlessly screaming souls in eternal torment echoed all around them. “Heroes of Rainbow, I am Hell.” They could all see it in the Fox’s eyes, it was the truth, “defeat me and I will no longer own your world.”
The Heroes of Rainbow took a step back and realized the stood upon what was left of the mountaintop. Red rushed in, “Brett!” Blue shouted as he placed a platform midair in front of Hell for Red to use.
“Hardcore Parkour!” Red jumped up and off the platform and threw his shield at a mountain next to the one they were on before landing. Then he readied his blade and rushed in from the other side. Hell turned to face Red but was hit in the forehead with his shield on the ricochet. This did nothing and Hell locked his blade with Red’s.
Green fired her arrows at Hell but one after the other they ricocheted off him, “fine, maybe I can hold you.” She said before pulling an arrow she called the Javelin and aimed it at Hell. She fired the tethered arrow through Hell’s chest and into the ground on the other side, “Yes!”
Hell grunted and headbutted Red to the ground. Yellow hit her fist against her 50 cal until it unjammed and began to fire while charging at Hell, full speed. She ran the gun into Hell but it crumbled and melted instead. She drew her sword. Red came from behind with an attempted leap attack but was blocked as Hell moved to the other side of Red, avoiding the attack from Yellow. Another tethered Javelin pierced Hell, this time from the opposite side. Then another and another as Green ran across Blue’s platforms around Hell, firing them. Purple wrapped one of her whips around Hell and the other she had in blade mode, stabbed into the ground behind her to help her hold him. Yellow with her greatsword, Red with his sword and shield, and Orange with his chainsaws rushed in together at Hell. Hell cut each Javelin line with bolts from his Blade’s lightning and broke free of Purple’s whip just in time to deflect Red back a few yards, Parry Yellow and headbutt Orange. Purple used her other whip to trip Hell and Red took the initiative, jumping down to bring his steel upon Hell. Hell reached for his Blade but Green kept shooting her out of the air as she came to him then Yellow caught her and fell to her knees. The Blade was too heavy for her to even lift, but she could hold her. She stabbed her greatsword into the ground behind her to keep the Blade from pulling her. Lightning struck the Blade and Yellow yelled in pain, but held on just the same. Purple went to help her hold the Blade down. Hell looked at Orange, who just stood there leaning on his chainsaw and lighting a pipe as he stared at Hell with a smile. Blue had been helping Red gain height before allowing him to drop down upon Hell.
Hell watched as Red seemed to drop towards him in slow motion and laughed as the sword of Red forged steel was thrust through him. On a bolt of her lighting, the Blade left the Realm and Hell followed, bursting into flame and vanishing before them.

The Nekolich stood alone in a Hammerspace within a UnderRealm. There he kept the Wyyvern of the Living Realms, Epic. It pained Stu greatly to keep his Wyyvern Blue locked up, but the threat of the Committer of 700 Deadly Sins was too great for him to ignore. “Leave Hell you selfish fuck so that Hell may kill you and so that my Wyyvern Blue may be set free.”

Suddenly the Wyyvern of Apocalypse fell before him, wrapped in Famine’s chains and held by the twins of War. Aleister then appeared on Strife’s wings wielding the Wyyvern Scythe of Death. “Make me like my brother.”
